Being in convalescence, a friend did my laundry with his washing machine and dried the clothes hanging in the open air.
The returned clothes were all fine, aside from the socks, which were still a bit wet.
As I have no strength to go anywhere, I now make the least dry socks sleep under my laptop so they'll be warmer in a while. The socks aren't really wet but still a tad too humid.
Is this low-tech approach to home laundry a risky one?
I feel it's actually the base unit that is cooling now! ;^)
