I saw this tapir on the riverbank. He started feeding, unaware of my presence. An incredible sighting; the animal never detected me, allowing me to observe him in his natural environment with completely undisturbed behavior.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: The Coyote Mischief Patrol wishes to thank our colleagues with the Park Service for allowing us to assist in rescuing this adorable elk seen along the banks of Clear Creek last month. Rupert the elk was turned over to Ranger Orion for care until such time as he may be rehabilitated and released back into the wild.

Fedizens are reminded that interfering with, harassing, or feeding any REAL elk poses a significant threat not only to the animal, but also to any persons attempting to engage in any such activity.
