@shinmera I kept seeing #Kandria these days, while browsing #GOG. Had no idea it was made by someone from Fedi. That's cool, I should have a look!
The license is something custom, isn't it? Seems similar to BSD.
@gynura To my taste (formed by FF and Suikoden and the like) the animations are a bit too slow (but I don’t know the rest of the pace of the game, so I may be wrong), but they look a lot better than if they were completely static ⇒ looks like a economical way to make the game feel more alive.
(though, if you want to make it feel really alive, my go-to example these days is #kandria by @shinmera ; I don’t know whether its style would fit a JRPG, though)
