So… here I am watching Gimme Shelter and I realize that it opens with the Jumpin’ Jack Flash from Get Yer Ya-yas Out. But wait a minute… This version is clearly slower than the one in my head. So, I play them side by side. Turns out the movie version _is_ slower. I’m gonna guess that the sync on the video version is correct and that the album is sped up, but who knows?
