Sometimes I eat lots of unhealthy food.
Then I remember, that it's not what I want to do.
Then I wake up. I was not eating it. It was all just a dream and I can start my real day in a self loving way.

It's a novel approach, but I do that on my station w/o any effort on the listener's part. Still I know some people prefer a more interactive experience. I can see how it would be addictive. #itsallgood #justsaying

In this our third pandemic-era #Christmas where my famjam of 3 (4 if you count the dog) hunkers down by ourselves, we watched our #UU Cmas Eve service on a livestream, ate a one-pan dish of chicken thighs & artichoke hearts, have been tossing Amazon boxes directly under the tree on delivery w/o opening, and played some cards . . . And the teenager is now making some box Mac-n-cheese as a snack... #itsallgood
