There needs to be more women in IT. So tired of working with guys. Most of the time when I'm talking they talk over me, or just ignore what I'm saying. Until one of the other guys says the same thing I was saying was the fix. #ITRant

Why do people get paranoid about laptop cameras; covering it with post-its, tape, paper, etc, but seem to have no issue with a smartphone camera? I even see laptops with hardware switches or shutters still covered with something. What's annoying is tape directly on the lens. Then later complaints about the camera being blurry (adhesive from the tape gets on the lens). #itrant
