Got a replacement blower #ECM #motor from northamericahvac.com - had to order from the States. Installed it, and ... furnace was still throwing an #error code meaning "incorrect #signal from ECM motor" once, then "no signal from ECM motor" forever after.
After double-checking, I saw the part number on the box didn't match what I'd ordered - but that turned out to be a red herring. The box number was for the unprogrammed motor.

Work on Harry continues.
1 - the very elaborate loom for a Haflinger. Some may need replacing up front
2 - Headlight surround needing some rust repairs
3 - Rust repairs happening in the floor, clutch tube corroded too and will be replaced
4 - Steering wheel rim in great nick, sanded back spoke and repainted. Now baking in the sunshine

Just removed Harry's pedal box and discovered it was cracked and in two pieces. Good thing we had anticipated this, ordered a replacement part.
