It's grass-like with some sort of grain taste which is expected bcuz that's what they eat, but it also has a texture that's a bit grass-like as the main parts other than the body are the wings. It's like... eating meat except the meat taste like veggies.
Also there's way too much spicy oil and chilies MY ENTIRE MOUTH FEELS ON FIRE

An Ear Sundew ready for lunch. These insect eaters have a pretty pink flower around this time of year - and they are very common - so lots of small flies get eaten.
