Two of them are seen lifting up a mysterious looking air pump with a peanut symbol on it. They stick the hose in your mouth and immediately start pushing the plunger up and down as your belly begins to expand.
While this is happening, more pairs of hands grab your ears while another one grabs your nose. They begin pulling on your ears and stretch them out like taffy into a nice, big set of elephant ears while your nose is stretched into a long, prehensile trunk.
The first two sets of hands continue to pump harder as your butt begins to expand as well. As your expanding figure starts to rip apart your clothes, another hand gives your lower back a nice pinch and pulls out a small elephant tail.
Your fingers and toes begin to recede into your hands and feet respectively as the inflation the pump is ensuing on your body reshapes them into elephant feet.
Your transformation complete, the hands remove the pump from your mouth as you struggle to maintain your balance on all-fours and slam onto the ground.
