Chris Alemany🇺🇦🇨🇦🇪🇸just spent the better part of a whole day troubleshooting why an old Apple TV could connect to iCloud in May, but not today. Answer: Apple discontinued/deactivated Photo Stream in July, and that seems to have completely broken the iCloud Photo Sharing signin in AppleTV 7.1.2. (iTunes and Home Sharing still work)
Michael RoweOver the years I have built up a very large media library, I have a NAS and all my content encoded for my iTunes library. I use iTunes Match for music and #homesharing for my TV shows and movies. I also pay for #appleone. However, I am very frustrated that Apple seems to think whenever I watch a series that I really want to be streaming the shows from some paid service. I’ve reported a Feedback on this, but I don’t think they will ever fix it. #newmedia #bugs #apple
