法庭今日繼續就經貿辦間諜案傳召證人，控方傳召2019年曾與次被告衞志樑共事的警長出庭作供，提到衞當年多次向他提及將所住的單位放租，並且在倫敦經營餐館，但卻沒有按要求申報，警長事後向上級報告。衞的代表大狀指有關單位及餐館並非衞名下，而且衞英文不好，未能向證人好好解釋。

警長Gareth Blackburn今日在庭上指，在2018至2019年由於倫敦警察廳精簡人手，反而令某些項目人手不足，最終要向外招聘，衞志樑與另一人加入其小隊任警員。

◾不申報全部資產想避稅

Blackburn指衞志樑曾向他透露，其Harrow-on-the-Hill的寓所太吵，於是搬出並將單位出租。另外，他曾透露在倫敦Hendon經營一個餐館。由於警員需要進行利益申報，包括租金收入及經營餐館，於是他要求衞志樑作出申報。但他後來發現衞只填寫自己在樸茨茅夫有物業...
