Ako čo sú schopní v našich kolibách predávať ako bryndzové halušky to je na kriminál. Slanina býva fajn, bryndza ako kedy ale dá sa. No halušky to je niečo strašné - mäkké, rozvarené, len z múky, zo sáčku ... hergot šak to nie je také ťažké, sú to zemiaky s múkou, to už jednoduchšie byť nemôže. A ste koliba do psej matere!

Tam sa to malo zaregistrovať ako regionálna potravina a určiť, koľko percent halušiek musia byť zemiaky.

Recipe at https://myhomemaderoots.com/fried-cabbage-and-noodles/ , if anyone's interested, and it's easy enough to veganize if you use vegan butter or your preferred plant-based cooking oil and sub any vegan, wide, flat noodle for egg noodles. Personally I like to use mafaldine! (Purists may say that halušky must be made with potato dumplings, but I've only ever had the US version, not the authentic #Slovak version, though I hope to try it one day!)
