Recipe at https://myhomemaderoots.com/fried-cabbage-and-noodles/ , if anyone's interested, and it's easy enough to veganize if you use vegan butter or your preferred plant-based cooking oil and sub any vegan, wide, flat noodle for egg noodles. Personally I like to use mafaldine! (Purists may say that halušky must be made with potato dumplings, but I've only ever had the US version, not the authentic #Slovak version, though I hope to try it one day!)
