I don't like to use #collectiveProperty or #groupProperty for #commons.
As #commoning is a way of dealing with resources free of the idea of property.
That's why some call things #commons to describe the way relations are formed around an resource.

It's about care taking and supporting. It's owned by no one.

@douginamug hi, just read a status from you being interested in using the place in W. as a (anarchy) commons place.
I have always asumed from conversations with ppl being involved the main interest was to maintain a nice place for them and setting and stenghing the status quo within the building.
That's #groupProperty from what I understood you're interested.
Did that changed or am I missinterpretating your and others words?
