@douginamug hi, just read a status from you being interested in using the place in W. as a (anarchy) commons place.
I have always asumed from conversations with ppl being involved the main interest was to maintain a nice place for them and setting and stenghing the status quo within the building.
That's #groupProperty from what I understood you're interested.
Did that changed or am I missinterpretating your and others words?

@paulfree14 Hey Paul.

It will be a commons: a community of people + resource + rules.

The resource (building) will be 'group property' of the community and used by individuals within the community according to their rules.

Common-pool resources are different to open-access resources. There are many commons that both of us probably don't really agree with (i.e. very patriarchal or closed.)

Questions? Linguistic differences?

@douginamug
I don't like to use #collectiveProperty or #groupProperty for #commons.
As #commoning is a way of dealing with resources free of the idea of property.
That's why some call things #commons to describe the way relations are formed around an resource.

It's about care taking and supporting. It's owned by no one.
