If you're a wine geek, you might enjoy a gander at this: A glimpse of the rare Grenache gris grape, the "gray" colored clonal variant of the Grenache grape, growing in Lodi's Acquiesce estate, snapped just this morning. They come off the vine first thing tomorrow (Friday, August 29), and will find its way into a dry rosé (blended with, of course, Grenache noir, and maybe a little Cinsaut).
