The fire is now 200 acres w/ potential for 500 to 1,000 acres, it has a moderate rate of spread w/ short range spotting per Incident Command. The structure threat has been currently mitigated per Incident Command.

The fire is now 75 acres in light flashy fuels & brush w/ potential for 500 acres, 1 structure is going to be immediately threatened shortly per Incident Command. 2 additional dozers being requested.

1 additional large air tanker is being requested by Air Attack, for a total of 6 air tankers. The location on the Watch Duty map was updated based off aircraft orbits over the fire.

It's good practice to keep a pain diary when you have an upcoming doctor's appointment. Keep a little notebook and make notes of how you feel throughout the day. What meds you take, what ointments you use, etc.

You may be more affected by your injury than you realize!
This is also good practice even if you do not have a work injury!
