My coach has been amazing to work with for nearly 2 years now 💛. She's coached me, encouraged me, and kept me accountable to myself. I'll be eternally grateful to Barbara for letting me shower, change, and recover at her place before heading home.
It was a tough but terrific day. Super pleased with my progress, trail races have amazing fellow competitors and we were having a grand time encouraging each other, chatting, and laughing along the way. I'll be back for more Ecotrail Wicklow!
