#Bahnzeit in Nova Gorica. As part of the 2025 European capital of culture ( #go2025 #goborderless) festivities taking place in the town and its Italian counterpart Gorizia, there is an out-of-the-ordinary #crossborderrail service connecting the two stations and towns by train: On weekend days two train pairs serve the Venezia Mestre-Gorizia-Nova Gorica relation, using Trenitalia "Blues" hybrid trains. Otherwise, each of the two towns stations only serve domestic itineraries.
