La guerre au Moyen-Orient n’en finit plus d’avoir des répercussions à l’échelle planétaire. Parmi les pays les plus concernés, notamment par la fermeture du détroit d’Ormuz ces dernières semaines : l’Inde. Le géant asiatique d’1,4 milliards d’habitants dépend des pays du Golfe pour ses importations et sa consommation de GPL. Le pays fait désormais face à une pénurie et espère que le cessez-le-feu parviendra à un retour progressif à la normale du trafic maritime. 90% de son GPL importé passe par le détroit d’Ormuz. Le conflit a également mis en danger la vie des millions de travailleurs migrants indiens établis dans les pays du Golfe.
