Geonkick Development: The DSP part of the humanizer related to key velocity is working. Now moving on to the UI for its parameters. The timing humanizer will be a bit more complex to implement, but we hope to get it done.
Huh, sounds like I finally made some actual progress towards the kind of dirty kick I want to make with #Ardour and #geonkick â turns out the secret was to just do everything with brownian noise.
This is literally just two layers of brownian noise with highpass filters â one for the dirty piep (like in a piepkick, but a bit lower freq) in the beginning and the other for the kick itself.
Fair warning: It's fucking loud, because it should be. :)
