Bauer, the hockey equipment company, screwed up big time. They tried to intimidate and bully @pavvythegoalie, a person who posts Tiktok fan videos. As a fan of their gear and as an actual goalie in hockey, she posted images from their catalogue of gear she was interested in. She was just a fan girl with less than 3k followers.

They then sent her a DM asking her to collab. She was extremely happy and sent over her email address. Instead of a collab, they sent her a threat of legal action demanding her to take down the images of their catalogue. A bait and switch. So, she did what they asked, but she was smart about it and documented everything and posted about it.

The story has a happy ending, though. Bauer's competitors have sent her tons of equipment and requests to actually collab with her. Right now, she has about 37K followers and I am sure that is going to continue to blow up.
