Doing a bit of digital archaeology, found this blurb about the unreleased Robotech Academy for the Ultra 64 on a GameTek promo CD.

They showed one demo in 1998 - after renaming it to Robotech: Crystal Dreams - but declared bankruptcy in 1997 and were liquidated in late 1998. #robotech #gametek #n64
