The Hawthorn sisters Esther and Ysabel live on the edge of Faerie, singing and tending the willows that honor an agreement their family made with the fae. The sisters are fast friends, and Esther has a growing relationship with fae Rin.
But when Esther spurns a man's marriage request, things take a dark turn for the sisters.

The Tainted Cup, by Robert Jackson Bennett, is a Sherlock-like whodunnit set in a medieval-level world. A world with super advanced bioengineering technology derived from the Leviathans that seasonally come ashore from the depths to wreak havoc.
Yeah, the worldbuilding is pretty amazing.

The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, by Taylor Jenkins Reid, is a hard book to describe without giving away some of the best reveals. First off, trust me that this is a queer book in the best, and also hardest, possible ways.
Evelyn Hugo, reclusive Hollywood icon, is in the sunset of her life and ready to spill the tea after decades of privacy. She picks Monique, an unknown reporter, for the job and no one, including Monique, has any idea why.
