I have a #fruittree / #fruittreecare question. What's this disease on my mirabelle plum? Most of the fruits are spongy, deformed, elongated, a bit yellowish-brownish, hollow. The leaves have some light yellow-white spots. I first suspected leaf curl, but the disease seems to hit mainly the fruits. It doesn't look like Scharka or monilia. There are no aphids in sight either. Any ideas?
I have an advanced #FruitTreeCare question. If I want to #graft an apple from a living tree via copulation, when is the best time for this? Now? Or in summer? If now is a good time, why do people bother with storing scions over winter?

I didn't get to cut my young Apple trees (2-4 years) yet because of bad weather and other reasons. It's going to continue to drizzle for two more weeks. What should I do?
