No.

They should embrace #FreedomRespectingSoftware 😉

Freedom Software turns 40!

Happy 40th #GNU (for yesterday)!

Here in Australia its already 29 Sep, but we won't let that minor technicality get in the way. May the next 40 years of #freedomSoftware be better and more liberating than the last. Here is an interview with @rms showing how far we must still go.

Many cheers to all that make #freedomRespectingSoftware, with a very special thanks to #RichardStallman, of course.

Hip-hip horray.

Richard Stallman: You can get arrested without a reason

The term we prefer to use is "#freedomRespectingSoftware". It is used by people like #RichardStallman also.

@wyatwerp @subinpt @praveen Actually I wasn't talking about RYF certification for software. There are already various FSF endorsed Free Software licenses to make sure the software we use is Free. I suggested to use 'RYF' instead of 'Free' in 'Free Software' to avoid confusion regarding libre v/s gratis.

I think let's just use #FreedomRespectingSoftware which is more unambiguous, I just wrote to RMS yesterday asking if he'd endorse the same.
