It's a major #UNSC row. Russia doesn't just make this stuff up and Ukraine & Latvia & Estonia - like Israel & USA - are the most notorious liars. So it is getting harder for Putin to resist hawks who want him to seize the Baltics to trade back for whatever border stays stable in the #formerUkraine.

For the first time US has a limited ability to wage war badly split between not only #formerUkraine that physically won't ever have 1990s borders again, and #formerIsrael ie #apartheidIsrael that #ICJruling has now legally split up. But fail adventures like a #WarOnIran #WarOnVenezuela #WarOnCuba.
