Nina ZinaMy band Lavender Witch had an awesome mini-tour weekend in Namur and Silly (yes, that's the name of a real town in belgium)! Despite our singer having lost her voice (but sounding extra punk) we had a lot of fun and are so grateful for the enthusiastic and supportive audiences and supercool bands we got to play with: Yur Mum, Noisy Nuns, and Problem Patterns.
Next up: another Grrrl Fest show in Brussels/Schaerbeek on the 5th with Dani Cosmic & Be N!ce and a benefit show in Namur on the 20th with Béton Tragique, René Binamé & Janvier Noir (Noise tour for Gaza).

Yell Out is a D.I.Y. festival. Together we stand for feminism, solidarity and respect within and beyond the punk community. We want to embrace the voices and presence of women, trans women, non-binary, genderqueer, and all folks who are not hetero cis males.
All profit from the fest will be split between two organizations: Ele Elna Elak (a volunteer-driven initiative dedicated to supporting Palestinian families in need) and Chez Doris (a Montreal-based organization that offers a safe, non-discriminatory space where women can receive support to regain their dignity and rebuild their lives).
