Weird stuff I ate this weekend:

- Crompouce: A Dutch culinary innovation. If a tompouce is nice, and a croissant too, together they must be better. Indeed, it is nice.

- Expresso tonic: expresso coffee + tonic. Honestly, the problem is the lemon. Without lemon it’d be a sparkling ice americano that would be acceptable, but the lemon is plain weird.
