Also in the following New Years Special, #EveoftheDaleks, #DoctorWho has a line about insurance not covering "acts of Dalek", and about a year or two later in-universe is "UNIT insurance". I can easily see #RTD using this as a foundation for his new era since last time he set up a world aware of aliens.
