This is a great initiative!

I'm a little surprised they're recommending people use #etcher to create install media, since etcher is #spyware.

@matsuzine @deobald @thelinuxEXP I did decide to go with mint but it seems all I did was ruin an 8gb usb drive. I used etcher to flash the drive. It said it was successful but immediately said the drive was unreadable. Using disk utilities the drive had some strange name other than what I gave it and in Finder it was labeled as the etcher dmg file. #linuxmint #etcher #macos
