I found some strong hate online from uneducated individuals that dont understand that 70% of individuals with epilepsy can control seizures with medication and LEGALLY can obtain a driver's license.
They are not a danger on the road.
My son will drive (after jumping through the appropriate hoops to obtain his license.)
This 17 year old officially has permission to take driver's ed.
Think good thoughts, the ginger on the right with the curls and sans glasses has an appointment with his neurologist tomorrow.
There is a good chance he might get permission to take driver's ed. He hasn't had seizures for over a year, but he still has other weird neurological, non-seizure activity that we've never been able to figure out. So getting permission is not a guarantee.
