It's unbelievable how all spiritual and yogic spaces are vegetarian.

Ahimsa means no violence and there is nothing non violent in the dairy industry, in the egg Industry and in the bee industry.

So hypocritical, disappointing and sad.

It may have taken me 4+ decades to recognize it, but pretty sure I'm an empath.

I learned a new term from it: compassion fatigue. It describes a state of mind in which you can no longer empathically react to all the problems, either your own or of the world, because you can't take it anymore. This often leads to cynicism or other coping strategies (which may not be helpful).
