@cpkimber #Edupunk is a movement in #elearning and #instructionaldesign to look at the paths that were not taken in history, retracing our steps to see if there are better ways forward if we proceed with a #lowtech, #humanetech, #FOSS ethos rather than following the dictates of market capitalism. I think of #solarpunk as a challenge to do that with science as well..

Ficció especulativa com a eina metodològica per involucrar a l*s joves en el disseny de situacions d'aprenentatge.

@oldaily Well put. I think there's a huge chasm between the kinds of VC-funded #edtech tools that have become fashionable in the last decade, and a core toolset from #edupunk (remember that?) practitioners. I'm constantly frustrated seeing schools that are already paying too much for edtech and still have gaps of need that could be solved with cheap/free tools and some clever #openweb hackery.
