@ConorMahood When facilitating a meeting, get out of the way all of its “administrative” tasks at the beginning of the agenda, like setting when and where you’ll have your next meeting.
That way you can focus your energy on what is important and are not scrambling around at the end when everyone is spent and wants to leave.
