Some duo shapes💘

Yesterday I taught some duo shapes for valentine's day. Afterwards we played around with some shapes as well. I had a lot of fun!

I have met so many amazing people through pole dance in the last few years. On pictures 2 and 4: Isabel. She changed my life. She was my first instructor when I started out. While following her intro course she asked me "would you like to be a teacher?" I was flabbergasted, but also really excited. She helped me start out as an instructor and that's how my journey really took off with pole dance. She is the most happy, bubbly and motivational coach you can wish for.

On pictures 1 (try to find the two heart shapes😂) and 3: Jeroen. I have met him when I moved and had to find a new studio. He teaches the advanced classes and from the start knew exactly how much to push me. (I do need a certain amount of that to thrive). He is chaotic, super flexible and super knowledgeable about pole dance. He really helps me to prepare for competitions and reminds me to aim for the stars💫
