I'd be curious to know if resident aliens in #Japan have been affected by the #DualPricing. Some reports say it applies to non-Japanese citizens, while others say it applies to non-Japanese speakers, or non-Asian looking guests, or any number of other criteria. Seems some of this would be hard to enforce. Does a Japanese-American who doesn't speak a word of Japanese get charged the lower rate based on looks alone? Does a Western-looking Japanese citizen get charged a higher rate? Etc.
