For those of you unfamiliar with the subject of the image - it's a factional food-stuff from a table-top game called Warhammer 40k. I'm not a player of this game, but I am familiar with the lore. If you are still puzzled as to what "corpse starch" is or want to know why I did this image - I'll point you to this post (you might recognise the artwork). I'd been using a 3d rendered image and the flaws in it were starting to grate on me a bit . No shade intended for whoever made the original. Despite clearly being an uneven surface, the food was obviously a texture on a flat plane, with no attempt at making a relief. Something I took care not to repeat with my version.
