UPDATE: Nope, it was a off-by-one error with VM IDs. Was also running "terraform destroy" in the background - so TIL: never do two things at the same time. 🤡

OliverYikes. Completely destroyed #federation for my #matrix server, when I replaced a container that was also hosting the .well-known/matrix directory with the server info file.
Federation broke for about a week, slowly getting back to normal now.. 🙈
