Few folks know, but I was preliminarily selected for the #DearMoon mission to circle the Moon on a Starship.
Ultimately, I wasn't selected, but was advised I was a standby candidate.
It became clear that Elon was full of shit and the mission was cancelled.
I remember walking past the old power plant in the #yeg river valley, looking up, and seeing the Moon. At the time, I thought I might get up close and personal with our stony sentinel. It nearly took me to my knees.

2018 hat SpaceX bekannt gegeben, dass das Starship künftig auch Touristen zum Mond fliegen wird. Der japanische Milliardär und Modezar Yusaku Maezawa wollte nicht nur selbst, sondern in Begleitung von Künstlern hinfliegen. Das ist nicht länger der Fall.
