Oh, how I love my setup for running simulations for #datdot. @derhuerst those bash commands are the best. I am so storing my logs in a file and then using tail -f to grep whatever I am interested in. Muchas muchas gracias for this. I feel empowered <3

I feel quite excited about running the tests for our hosting network, shared accross the pool computers/servers.

It took so much time to get here and seeing it all running and not failing (or failing rarely) after adding more computers to the pool is a really nice feeling.

It will take a few more weeks before having a stable version but just seeing this light after digging this tunnel of work for months and months and months seems so aaaaah 🥰

Let's play with AbortControllers a bit before the camp. #node #datdot #funfunfun

That moment when you run your code (after months of bug fixing) with a certain scenario (let's call them tests) for 20min straight.... and there is no errors.

It just feels... awkward. What do I do now? I was so conditioned with fixing the next error and the next that it just felt weird when I saw no error.

But yeah, I probably jinxed it now. But just wanted to share this weird and exciting moment because it's been a very long time since we started working on this #datdot project :D

Is it possible to host a #Mastodon #server using a distributed #p2p system?
