@textovervideo Anything's possible - one of my favorite things is working on file format support! But I think more specialized software like #darkable, #rawtherapee, and #anotherrawtherapee will continue to be the best starting point - then you'd bring the image into GIMP for additional editing (either via the loader or via a GIMP plug-in to directly import).

Open-source, easy to use, and great to organize the photos online. 📸 Also neat how I can export photos from #digikam directly to Piwigo.
