I like it that Finland is a duo-lingual country. Swedish-speakers are a small minority (about 5-6% of the population), but there are areas and towns that are very Swedish-speaking. I'm at Dalsbruk, Taalintehdas, and here, most of the population speak Swedish as their first language. In some areas on the West coast of Finland, some people might not speak Finnish at all or quite poorly. I don't think it's a problem but rather find it quite intriguing. My Swedish is so elementary that I am, and should be (!), embarrassed.

Hooray multilingual world! 💜
