Otherwise a lot of copyrights that lapsed long ago in Germany for some works would've already lapsed in the USA as well...
IMHO Copyrights - like Patents - should've a fixed, non-extendabpe lifetime of no more than 25 years...
Simply because the only ones profiteering from the current system are IP - hoarding Corporations that are value-removing for culture...

Obviously you dodge the core question.
If I were to copy entire works verbatim that'll obviously be a violation as someone who can actually create and thus violate copyrights by virtue of authorship.
OFC If I were to just let a machine do that this doesn't mean I'd get off the hook.
Still: You don't seem to understand how learning in general works and how Copyright in it's own is only being weaponized against creators and consumers for the #Copyrightmafia.
