When your main address is in one EU country but you study in another EU country you can not apply for the EDU pricing of #applecreatorstudio , even when the institution is recognised and eligible for edu pricing. It’s like the 1950’s where Erasmus and the ECTS system don’t exist. They request a formal email with evidence that my record is wrong. They can give no indication on timings (days, weeks, months?). I've sent an email and got an auto response stating 'high volumes' and 'expect delays'.

I contact my GP. All they do is access the same system. I ask for compassion but #ComputerSaysNo They think that my flu jab was either misrecorded or was in fact a COVID jab.

These things happen I guess but I have to go back to the pharmacy. All the admin is mine 🤷

I just want a COVID vaccine. I'm immune compromised and eligible so why don't I have one? Because the IT system won't let me.

Fair enough, apps have funny five minutes, there's a phone number I can call. Apparently all they do is go into the app. They can't book either. The sympathy down the line is real but #ComputerSaysNo All they can suggest is a call to #NHSEngland and request my record is altered as that must be the problem.

So I call them. They are just bemused 🙄
