Close the city border to private cars and buy as municipality self-driving car that can be called on request by citizens. No more Taxi, no more traffic, no more 90% of cars laying on road side parked. And a lot of money saved for road management, incidents, traffic, fuel etc etc. And a lot of space for public service on road.
