David RuffnerThere was a young rabbit in our lawn today. It let me and my son's (3 and 7) get pretty close before it hopped away! It seemed to enjoy nibbling on the cinquefoil.

The flowers, leaves, berries and roots are edible. The roots taste like parsnips and the berries are bland.
