Two 3/4-ounce packets of dried chiltepín arrived in the mail the other day, I found some very good stuff online [not on Amazon].

I made this buttered and grilled white cheese toast seasoned with it crushed (see crusher) and Tapatío hot sauce, IYKYK — and more salt, of course.

It was heaven at 2 AM, I felt so blessed. 😎
