I called 3 #CongressPeople before breakfast. I did spring cleaning, and reinforced WeeTrail’s cubby house against the #NewMexican gale force spring winds. I made fekkin’ delicious Irish Cream for my friend’s birthday. Tomorrow we’re back to the grind, but (existential dread aside) it’s been a pretty good #Friday.

Our Christmas dinner plans morphed into a New Mexican style Christmas to include a huge pot of posole and a platter of #GreenChile chicken enchiladas. Compared to previous years, this should actually be easier to put together. Along those lines, I opted to make some #NewMexican Christmas sweets including #biscochitos! For those not in the know, biscochitos are anise flavored cookies that are tender, crispy, and lovely that get dipped into cinnamon sugar while they are still warm.
