"Can I get allocated more memory on the login nodes? I can't even start VScode because I get a memory error before the server even starts, and waiting for a compute node takes a bit and it gets frustrating when I just want to edit code or plot a graph".

Note - users are permitted (get ready) 8.3GB of memory(!!!!) on the login nodes before they're denied. How fucking bloated is this user's VScode "environment" that it can't even start after using 8.3GB of memory?!?!?!
